Media Relations Office
is to ensure that the media has
accurate and timely information about
Spenta University, its faculty, staff and students
What we can provide:
News announcements
- Media Relations staff
issue number of news releases-
covering subjects such as scientific discoveries,
International honors and major upcoming events.
We also use letters and phone calls to interest
reporters, writers and editors around the country
in feature stories about Spenta University.
News conferences and media availabilities

News conferences, when appropriate, represent
one way to handle a major announcement of
interest to several reporters. In some instances,
Media Relations staff will coordinate a "news availability"
session following the release of a story on a research
project or major report.
Responses to reporters
- Media Relations staff

electronic queries each year, and provide assistance
on stories, help in arranging interviews, names of
experts, etc. The office can advise faculty and staff
in responding appropriately and effectively to media
inquiries and can assist in handling media interviews.
Tracking of media coverage - Media Relations staff
track media coverage of the University and produce a
periodical "Spenta University in the News" report
with
selected news clippings
