Giving through Retirement Plans

Amounts remaining in qualified retirement plans at death are generally subject to income taxes and possibly estate taxes when received by heirs. If you wish to provide a loved one with income while also providing for Spenta University, you may designate retirement plans to fund a special type of gift to meet both objectives.
